User Agreement/ Registration

To activate service with Pure Laundry, you (The Customer) are required to register for a Pure Laundry Company (The Company) account. In doing so, you agree to register only with the intent to enter in a business service relationship with Pure Laundry. You agree to abide by our Terms of Service,  provide accurate information to include your proprietary credit card number and supporting information to timely update your personal information on your Pure Laundry account, to allow Pure Laundry to rightfully charge your credit card for services rendered while performing requested services, as a customer of Pure Laundry. If at any time, it is determined that you have violated our Terms of Service, your Pure Laundry account may be suspended, terminated and/or refused service, at the discretion of Pure Laundry and all final invoices for prior services rendered will at that time be due.

Account Holder (The Customer) Contact Consent:

You agree that Pure Laundry may use all contact information you provide during account registration or account set up to contact you, market their services to you or inform you about current or future services, promotions, coupons or opportunities, fee structure or amounts due or past due on your account. You agree to accept autodialed phone messages, text messages where rates may apply to your own respective cellular service carrier plan or even if your telephone number is listed on a Do-Not-Call list. While Pure Laundry uses cellular service to update you on your service status, you are not required to provide such personal detailed information should you decide against this form of contact. If your cellular number or contact information should change, you are required to update your contact information promptly to ensure that your respective service updates continue uninterrupted. The Company may also from time to time make contact with you via U.S. Postal Service to the address provided at time of registration. Should you wish to alter these communication formats, please contact us at wecare@PureLaundryCompany.com or update your portal.

Propietary Protection Rights:

 All content contained herein, whether digital, web server based or distributed via a format offered via a third-party provider/reseller (App Store, Google Play Store) will remain the property of American Laundry Company LLC (ALC), DBA Pure Laundry Company. All content, images, data should remain collective with the site or format from which is currently exists and cannot be downloaded for any commercial purpose or other intent. All trademarks, logos, brand representation, remain the property of ALC and reserved for the sole purpose in support of Pure Laundry Company only. 

User (The Customer) Protection

You agree to take all measures to safeguard your Pure Laundry account information to protect your account from access by others that may seek to put at a disadvantage you and your Pure Laundry account or jeopardize your financial stability. You agree to access your account from a secure location, familiar computer or owned device and to take all measures to safeguard all access information, to include username and passwords to all Pure Laundry accounts web based or otherwise. You agree that you are over the age of 16 and have power, authority, consent and the privilege to access payment information, to include credit or debit card payment information to include credit card numbers and personal data associated therewith and further agree to be in acceptance, compliance, agreement and liable for any and all charges incurred that are associated with your respective account and services to include any and all fees incurred from service rendered thereof.

Customer Informational/ Data Submission/ Receipt

You agree to take all measures to safeguard your Pure Laundry account information to protect your account from access by others that may seek to put at a disadvantage you and your Pure Laundry account or jeopardize your financial stability. Customer Payment Acceptance

You agree to the liability of services engaged and services rendered. You agree to make rightful payment for service provided by Pure Laundry and agree to not reject or deny payment for just service provided and payment thereof. Should such dispute arise, any and all fees arising out of the dispute are to be born by the person initiating the dispute, to include all accessorial fees, late fees, stop payment fees, attorney fees or other fees.

Service Disclaimer

Pure Laundry Company and its affiliates make no warranties, claims or representation of warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of their website, app, marketing collateral digital or print or to the validity of the claims or statements made therein. Pure Laundry reserves the right to interrupt service or other at their discretion. Pure Laundry reserves the right to determine if service can continue or must be halted due to reasons beyond their control or due to acts of God. These interruptions in service will not be legitimized or compensated through monetary remuneration to the customer, but will be performed properly by The Company when it is safe to proceed with proper and routine service. Pure Laundry offers no warranty for human or machine errors, omissions from service, delays in service or interruptions to service. Pure Laundry does not offer a service warranty against fabric degradation, deterioration, change in color, loss of color, sheen or finish and accepts no liability for change to adorned fabrics while in the care of Pure Laundry,  to include, beads, sequins, gel embellishment, metal studs, embroidery security, color steadfastness or other change or degradation or resulting instability due to normal service. Customer agrees to not hold The Company liable, but rather harmless for the inability to remove any stain from presented garments or fabric and will not unjustly, without proof, to include documented photos or other of garments presented upon completion of service as being in a lesser state of quality than when originally presented to The Company. Pure Laundry makes no claim or warranty, implied, expressed or other for all advice, tips or techniques circulated, emailed, texted, verbally discussed or printed in regard to fabric or garment care or treatment.

Promotional Coupon Use and Distribution

You agree to not distribute, share, forward, display promotional coupons or codes on Third Party sites, such as Retail Me Not, Coupons.com, Groupon or via search engine marketing via Google, Yahoo or Bing. All promotion coupons and codes are offered for a one time use and carry no cash value and may not be presented as a rain check after coupon date expires. All promotional offers and coupon codes must be presented at time of initiation of individual service and Pure Laundry reserves the right to reject the use of any promotion not presented in accordance with the intended use and purpose of the promotion. Promotions may not be combined with any others offers or discounts. Pure Laundry reserves the right to cancel any promotion prior to the end of the promotional offer period or to deny use of any discount, credit or promotional codes. Misuse of all promotions can result in account pause, suspension or cancellation. 

Dispute Settlement

You agree that any escalated dispute of negligence in service arising from your Pure Laundry account use of services thereof or relating to these Pure Laundry Terms Of Service will be reviewed and heard solely by a court of law with jurisdiction in the State of Georgia. More specifically, you agree that any dispute will be heard with the lowest level of the court system being a civil court in the State of Georgia and known as Small Claims Court. For any such court, the unsuccessful party in the dispute will be responsible for the successful party’s attorney, court and or miscellaneous fees relating to and as a result of the engagement of the court and their services. 

Indemnification

You agree to jointly or severally indemnify, reimburse and hold The Company, or their representatives harmless and therefore indemnify The Company for any action that is out of their control or the result of events beyond their control to include acts of God, war -biological, medical, pandemic or other type, riots, government insurrections, terrorist acts, labor strikes, embargoes, government stoppages or cessation, communication interruptions unavailability of utility companies or company engaged processors or loss of work due to changes in occurrences beyond The Company’s control. 

Privacy Rights

The Company will work to protect personal data provided to prevent data being displayed for public scrutiny. The Company will make all reasonable attempts to protect data and will not sell or provide personal data for the betterment of The Company, monetary or other. You agree to receive marketing materials rightfully generated by The Company for promotion of goods and services that are similar to what you have subscribed to. The Company may at its own discretion decide to keep record of your garments for identity or other purpose. These records may include color, size, brand and these attributes to include images or photography may be associated with your personal information for commercial reasons to include identification for loss prevention, general inventory of goods, general historical data or archival or general data collection for quality control or other reason. 

Claimed Damages

Pure Laundry takes each garment shared with us, personally and treats the garments and fabrics as if they were our own. Time is spent checking garments, fabric types, care labels to determine the best course of action for cleaning. You must understand that there are risk in cleaning fabrics and garments and not all fabrics or garments are able to be cleaned without a negative impact to the fabric or garment. If during the normal course of proper cleaning that an item becomes damaged, please provide immediate notice to Pure Laundry Company within 7 days of pick up or delivery to wecare@PureLaundryCompany.com. Please make the item available for inspection by making available for pick up or bringing to our laundry facility. At such time, fabrics and garments will be evaluated to determine if the current state of change is due to normal wear or tear, due to age, repetitive washing, dry cleaning or similar other. All fabrics and garments will wear over time and especially more so with repetitive cleanings. Fabrics weavings, fiber fraying or color loss are all imminent to dyed yarns. Pure Laundry will work with you to determine a current value for your garment should it be determined that Pure Laundry contributed to the degradation of the goods. For values greater than $150, these claimed amounts will be turned over for our insurance company’s adjustor for estimate evaluation. An original garment purchase receipt may be required to process your claim. Pure Laundry is not responsible for garments that are not transported in our provided Pure Laundry Bags in terms of color change. In addition, Pure Laundry is not responsible for any damage to fabrics or garments for items that are left inside of the garments, pockets or tangled within the laundry to include but not limited to writing instruments, cosmetics such as Chapstick, lipstick or other items that can mar, discolor or damage fabrics. Removal of personal items from your laundry or pockets is the responsibility of the garment owner (The Customer), not The Company, the laundry attendant or laundry processor.

Loss

Should you notice that a garment is missing from your pick up or delivery, please contact Pure Laundry within 7 days of noticing the loss. You may contact The Company via email at wecare@PureLaundryCompany.com  and state your claim. Please provide all customer receipts received at time of laundry drop off. Items are considered lost 14 days after claim has been made. The Company will work with you in deciding the proper steps to take to help locate your lost garment item. For all claimed garment amounts an original purchase receipt may be required for proof of claim for the garment. All garment claims greater than $150 will be submitted to our insurance company’s adjustor for estimate evaluation. The Company is not responsible for any personal items mixed into or accompanying your laundry submission. These items may include, but are not limited to paper or coin money, jewelry -rings, watches, cufflinks, necklaces, bracelets or other items of intrinsic value. 

Pick Up/ Delivery Liability

The Company is not responsible for garments, goods placed out for pick up by The Company whether placed on respective privately owned, leased, rented or sublet property. Likewise, The Company is not responsible for garments returned/delivered from service and placed on same such type property. The Company makes every effort to secure your items in accordance with your input of preference into your account, but is not responsible once goods are deemed delivered. Should you have concern over a pick up or delivery, please provide a way to securely service your account by emailing us at wecare@PureLaundryCompany.com . The Company will provide a text to confirm pick up of your laundry at time of pick up and same at the time of delivery, via SMS text. The Company will make all best effort attempts to adhere to your preferences wherever possible. Please provide all neighborhood entrance gate codes, personal gate codes, garage codes where applicable within your preferences on your account. For all condominium properties, please input instructions for your pick up and deliveries to include all service entrance instructions.
